LNG Cryogenic tank

LNG Cryogenic tanks are vertical or horizontal LNG tanks with vacuum perlite insulation with capacity ranging 2 m³ to 300 m³ for liquid LNG.

The LNG cryogenic storage tank features a double-layered cylindrical structure constructed of stainless steel S30408 for its inner cylinder and its piping; alloy steel Q245R makes up its outer casing; the interlayer fills are filled with expanded perlite (also referred to as pearl sand), while at the same time specially treated adsorbent is added – both filled to an operating pressure of 2.0 Mpa or lower and pump to achieve this high vacuum level.
