China Liquid Argon Tank ā Safe and Efficient
BluNet offers high-quality Liquid Argon Tanks designed for reliable cryogenic storage in industrial, laboratory, and transportation applications. Engineered to maintain ultra-pure liquid argon at ā303°F (ā186°C), these tanks ensure operational safety, minimize boil-off, and provide efficient handling.
Built with advanced insulation, durable construction, and flexible configurations, our tanks meet international standards and certifications, including ASME, ISO, PED, and CE, for global compliance and peace of mind.
Key Features
- Two-Layer Cryogenic Insulation: The tank uses a double-wall vacuum design with powder-like insulation and a high-quality pearl sand fill. Helium mass spectrometry is used to ensure leak-free performance, minimizing heat ingress and liquid argon loss while extending service life.
- Durable and Reliable Construction: Stainless steel inner vessels resist low-temperature brittleness, while robust outer vessels are coated with high-quality epoxy zinc-rich primer paint to prevent corrosion and enhance product longevity. All critical components are imported and manufactured under strict quality control.
- Compact and User-Friendly Design: Optimized pipeline layout and step design make operation more intuitive and maintenance more convenient and reliable.
- Flexible Configurations: Available in discrete and vertical types, with the ability to design tanks of various capacities and working pressures. Vertical and horizontal orientations are supported to meet specific operational needs.
- Integrated Safety Systems: Equipped with pressure relief valves, liquid level indicators, and gauges to ensure safe operation and compliance with international standards.
- Certified & Compliant: Manufactured according to ASME, ISO, and regional cryogenic standards, ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational safety.

Liquid Argon Tanks are equipped with various circuits to control product fill, pressure buildup, pressure relief, product withdrawal, and tank vacuum.

Argon or liquid Argon Applications:
1. Welding & Metal Fabrication
Argon is used to an inert shield gas to enhance arc stability and characteristics of gas metal arc welding. It is also the primary gas for the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process.
2. Aerospace & Aircraft
Argon is a versatile industrial gas used in welding applications, such as the welding of specialty alloys, and in the production of light bulbs and lasers. As an inert gas, it can also be used to provide an oxygen- and nitrogen- free environment for heat treating processes.
3. Automotive & Transportation Equipment
Argon is used in combination with other gases to weld auto parts, frames, mufflers and other automotive parts. It also provides an oxygen and nitrogen-free environment for annealing processes and is an essential component in airbags.
4. Metal Production
Used to maintain temperature and consistency of composition, argon prevents oxidation during processing. It also flushes out carbon monoxide and reduces chromium losses during the Argon-Oxygen Decarburization stainless steel refining process.
Applications
- Welding & Fabrication: Shielding gas for TIG, MIG, and plasma welding.
- Industrial Gas Supply: Bulk delivery to micro-bulk tanks, dewars, or process systems. Explore our gas products.
- Laboratories & R&D: Ultra-high purity argon for controlled experiments.
- Manufacturing: Controlled-atmosphere furnaces, additive manufacturing, and specialty processes.
Safety & Handling
- Use cryogenic gloves, face shields, and protective equipment.
- Install tanks in ventilated areas to prevent oxygen displacement.
- Inspect pressure relief valves and gauges regularly.
- Follow manufacturer instructions for filling, transport, and maintenance.
