Cryogenic Microbulk Tanks for Efficient Gas Storage
Cryogenic microbulk tanks provide a compact, safe, and cost-effective solution for storing and supplying liquefied gases, including liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid argon (LAR), and carbon dioxide (LCO₂). They are designed to bridge the gap between high-pressure cylinder bundles and large bulk storage systems, ensuring a continuous and high-purity gas supply.
Engineered with a reinforced base structure and high-efficiency vacuum insulation, microbulk tanks minimise heat ingress and reduce evaporation loss. They are typically suitable for facilities consuming between 500 m³ and 100,000 m³ of gas per month.
Certifications & Compliance
Our cryogenic microbulk tanks are manufactured in accordance with major international pressure vessel and quality standards. Learn more about DSW and our quality control systems.
- ASME U / U2 – Pressure vessel certification
- CE (PED) – European compliance
- TPED – EU transportable equipment (if required)
- ISO 9001 – Quality management system
- Third-party inspection by SGS (optional)
- GOST / EAC – Russia & EAEU markets (optional)
- CCS / BV – Classification society approval (on request)
Certification scope depends on tank specifications and destination country requirements.
