Firefighting Cylinders – TPED & EN Certified
BluNet is a professional supplier of high-quality firefighting cylinders and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. Our TPED and EN certified cylinders are designed for safe, reliable, and effective fire protection. Filled with non-flammable carbon dioxide (CO2) gas under high pressure, these cylinders are specifically engineered for Class B (flammable liquids) and Class C (electrical) fires. As a core component of any CO2 fire suppression system, our cylinders provide rapid response, minimizing damage while ensuring safety.

68-Liter Firefighting Cylinders
Our 68-liter firefighting cylinders are engineered for high-demand environments. These large-capacity cylinders are ideal for continuous or large-scale fire suppression needs, forming part of a complete CO2 fire extinguisher system. They effectively suppress fires without leaving residue, making them suitable for sensitive electrical equipment, laboratories, and industrial facilities.
Certificates & Compliance
Our fire fighting cylinders are manufactured and tested to international standards to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance in fire protection systems.
- TPED (2010/35/EU) – Certified transportable pressure equipment for Europe
- EN Standards – Designed and tested to European fire protection standards
- CE Marking – Compliant with EU safety and environmental regulations
- ISO 9809 – Seamless steel gas cylinder manufacturing standard
- Hydrostatic Testing – Verified pressure strength and integrity
- Quality Traceability – Controlled production and inspection process

Carbon dioxide fire extinguishers are easy to identify by their color. According to BS EN 3, a CO2
fire extinguisher has a red body (RAL 3000) with a black band that covers about 5–10% of its surface.
This color marking shows it contains carbon dioxide for fire suppression.

Applications
TPED and EN certified firefighting cylinders are widely used in professional fire protection and CO2 fire suppression systems across multiple industries.
- Portable CO2 fire extinguishers for Class B and Class C fires
- Industrial fire suppression systems
- Electrical rooms and server facilities
- Marine and offshore fire protection
