Cryogenic semi trailer

Cryogenic Liquid Trailers

BluNet cryogenic semi-trailers are designed for the safe transport of liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid nitrogen (LIN), and LNG.
They use vacuum-insulated stainless steel tanks to reduce heat loss and maintain long hold times.
A low center of gravity improves stability and safety during road transport.
Each trailer can be configured to meet ADR, DOT, and other international standards, with flexible pressure ratings and axle options.

Key Features

  • Stainless steel inner and outer tanks
  • Excellent vacuum insulation with long hold times
  • Stable low center-of-gravity design
  • Rear, side, or center control cabinet layouts
  • Multiple pressure stages available

LOX, LAR Cryogenic Transport Trailers

Cryogenic tanks are used for the storage of cryogenic liquids.
Cryogenic liquids are typically liquefied gases at -150 °C or lower, like oxygen, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and helium.
Cryogenic transport trailers also store gases at higher temperatures, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), carbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide.

What are cryogenic trailers?

The cryogenic trailers are designed, engineered, and manufactured to store cryogenic liquefied gases under pressure.
Inner vessels are austenitic stainless steel and cold stretched for selected medium/high-pressure models for LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, CO₂, and N₂O.
Available in single-, double-, and triple axle configurations
Designed and built to international specifications and standards
Incorporates all features for safety, efficiency, and ergonomic design

Applications

BluNet cryogenic semi-trailers are widely used across multiple industries, including:

  • Industrial gas production and distribution
  • Medical and healthcare oxygen supply chains
  • LNG and clean energy transportation
  • Steel, chemical, and electronics manufacturing
  • Petrochemical and specialty gas logistics

BluNet supplies a complete range of storage and distribution products, including cryogenic storage tanks, vaporisers, MicroBulk systems, and mobile units for China’s oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and LNG, by all applicable international transport and pressure vessel legislation.
