Liquid nitrogen storage tank

Portable and Sturdy
Liquid nitrogen tanks are intended for low-pressure transport and storage with conventional straight liquid dispensing.
These sturdy tanks are ready to roll; they are made of stainless steel and designed with handles and weight-appropriate casters. Larger capacity tanks have pull handles.

Safe and Efficient
An easy-to-read differential pressure-type liquid level gauge makes it convenient to monitor the pressure in the vessel, and a relief valve provides an extra measure of safety.
The tank’s vent valve has a complete tri-cock configuration to guard against over-filling.

Liquid tanks feature convenient fill/withdrawal valves, making them ideal for dispensing cryogens like liquid nitrogen.
For the ultimate transfer efficiency, our dewar tanks add a self-pressurizing system that eliminates the need for external pressurization equipment.

The cryogenic storage tank for liquid nitrogen products is most prevalent in India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, the United States, Turkey, Germany, etc.
Complete range of bulk cryogenic storage tanks and solutions delivering proven reliability, reduced maintenance, and lowest cost of ownership for the full spectrum of liquefied gases. Trailers, semi-trailers, swap bodies, liquid tube trailers, and railcars for safe and efficient distribution of non-flammable and flammable liquid gases.

Cryogenic containers

, called liquid cylinders, are double-walled vacuum vessels with multilayer insulation in the annular space.
They are designed for the reliable and economical transportation and storage of liquefied gases at cryogenic temperatures, typically colder than –130°F (–90°C).
Although these cryogenic containers are well insulated, heat will continuously leak into the product due to the vast temperature difference between the cryogenic liquid and the ambient environment. The heat leak will cause some vaporization to occur.
The vaporized product will collect in the vapor space above the liquid and build pressure if not used. It contains a large volume of gas at relatively low pressure compared to a compressed gas cylinder.
Liquid nitrogen is the most commonly used element in cryogenics for specialty chilling and freezing applications.
BluNet liquid nitrogen containers are suited for storage and transportation and have many capacities.

Applications

BluNet Cryogenic Liquid Storage Tanks are used in industries where reliability, precision, and safety are essential. Common applications include:

  • Industrial Manufacturing: Bulk storage of liquid nitrogen (LIN), oxygen (LOX), and argon (LAR) for welding, metal processing, and inerting.
  • Healthcare and Laboratories: Safe storage of medical gases and laboratory cryogens.
  • Energy and Aerospace: Cryogenic storage for fuels and specialty liquids.
  • Food and Beverage: Liquid nitrogen for rapid freezing, chilling, and food preservation.
