A cryogenic storage tank features a double-wall construction designed to minimise heat transfer:
Tank Structure
- Inner Tank: Stainless Steel 304L (X5CrNi18-10), designed according to EN 13458
- Outer Tank: Carbon Steel, designed according to EN 13458
The annular space between the inner and outer vessels is evacuated and filled with
perlite and super-insulation, ensuring stable cryogenic performance and minimal thermal loss.
