Liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon products do not require a DOT design specification as long as tank pressure remains below 25.3 psi when operating over roads.
Trailers should comply with Compressed Gas Association (CGA) standard CGA-341 or TC-341 Canada for optimal design.
The cryogenic stationary tanks (27M3 Semitrailer Tank) are designed for long-term storage of cryogenic liquefied gases under pressure.
Inner vessels are made of austenitic stainless steel and cold stretched for selected medium or high-pressure models.
These tanks are available in a vertical or horizontal arrangement and can be used for LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, CO2, and N2O.
