LN2 Tank Structure
A cryogenic liquid nitrogen tank features a dual-tank design: an inner tank and an outer tank. The inner tank is constructed from stainless steel 304L (X5 CrNi 18-10) in accordance with EN13458, while the outer tank is made from carbon steel following the same standard. The space between the tanks is filled with perlite insulation and enhanced with vacuum super-insulation technology to minimize heat transfer.
