Tank Design and Materials
Each tank features a dual-vessel design with:
- An inner tank made of stainless steel 304L (X5 CrNi 18-10) with EN13458 certification for pressure containment.
- An outer tank constructed from carbon steel(Q235-B), providing structural integrity.
- A vacuum-insulated perlite layer to minimize thermal transfer and reduce LN₂ evaporation.
This vertical fixed mounting design ensures stability, eliminates the need for mobile supports, and maintains a compact footprint in labs or production facilities.
